GCPE 1056 Softball

Course Aims:

This course aims to acquaint students with the basic skills and techniques of fast-pitch softball. It also provides students with an understanding of the principles of a healthy lifestyle and means to apply fundamental sports science knowledge to analyze and enhance softball performance. Upon completion of the course, students should be able to perform throwing, fielding, batting and running techniques for softball; understand the official rules and regulations of softball; and adopt an active healthy lifestyle.
