GCPE 1035 Folk Dance

Course Aims:

This course aims to acquaint students with the fundamental knowledge and skills of folk dance. It also provides students with an understanding of the principles of a healthy lifestyle and means to apply fundamental sports science knowledge to analyze and enhance folk dance performance. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to perform selected types of folk dance; develop a sense of rhythm and confidence in dance performance; improve physical fitness; and adopt an active healthy lifestyle.
