GCPE 1027 Flying Disc

Course Aims:

This course aims to acquaint students with the basic knowledge and motor skills in Flying Disc. It also provides students with an understanding of the principles of a healthy lifestyle and means to apply fundamental sports science knowledge to analyze and enhance Flying Disc performance. Upon completion of the course, students should be able to improve physical fitness through participation in Flying Disc; become familiar with the rules, scoring, terminology and equipment of Flying Disc; perform the basic skills including passing and receiving; practice basic offensive and defensive strategies of Flying Disc; and adopt an active healthy lifestyle.
